At this time of regret for our nation's politics (at home and abroad), I find these two statements ring true and above all, these reflect the will of the Ca voters as well. 

Free Ed Rosenthal.  He is a champion of civil rights and of the CA voters' will.  It has been over a decade since Prop 215, and still no viable and safe method for distribution has been effectively established.  Lets get it together, folks, people are counting on this for the well-being of their health, in order to be free of pain or sufferring. 

I have personally seen this medication used as a saving grace in the painful time of cancer treatements and in recovery.  We all know somebody who has been touched by the tradgedy of cancer.  This herb can be used effectively in numerous ways, allowing virtually any individual with a serious medical condition to acheive the drug's bennefits according to their personal disposition or inclination toward type of ingestion.  Pot can be effectively used by tincture, as well as being eaten, smoked, or vaporized.  Cultures around the world have enjoyed the intrinsic values of the herb for centuries, without scrutiny or threat of imprisonment, and without social decay resulting.
